01.31.2008 - ATTENTION - Final games will be held on Saturday, February 9. Games will start at 4PM. Please join us at the ALVL Second Championship closing ceremony after the games. After that everybody is welcome to ALVL party. Admission is free. (Be sure you have drinks and food with you ). 12.20.2007 - The play-off games of the second ALVL Championship will start January 13th, 2008. Please find the schedule of the games here. 12.20.2007 - The results of the International Mini Tournament which took place on December 16th, 2007 you can find here. 12.08.2007 - The International Mini Tournament will take place December 16th, 2007 at 4:30 PM. The four teams will be competing for the name of the best. Please come and see the games between Team Russia, Team Poland, Team Ukraine, and Team Lithuania. Four games will take place. Tournament will be held in Lithuanian World Center. After the games, please join us for the ALVL Christmas Party. The ticket is $15. If you are interested to attend, please call Giedra at 630-854-7024. Everybody is very welcome to come. 09.30.2007 - The Opening Ceremony for the second ALVL Championship will be held today at 4PM. The schedule for today's games is here. 09.19.2007 - The Schedule and Registration information for the September 23rd games is here. 09.11.2007 - On September 23, at 4 PM new teams, participating in the Second American Lithuanian Volleyball League Championship, will introduce themselves and play with each other. The teams planning to participate in the Championship, please call Mindaugas at 630-915-2769. Second ALVL Championship will start on September 30, 2007 at 4 PM. Championship will be held in Lithuanian World Center. 06.26.2007 - International Beach Volleyball Tournament has finished. The final placement is here. 06.11.2007 - This Sunday the play-off games will be played in the International Beach Volleyball Tournament. Please park in Target's parking lot (at Kingery Hwy and Midway Dr. intersection). There will be a bus which will take you to the games. Final Results here. 01.07.2007 - First American Lithuanian Volleyball League (ALVL) championship has started. Everybody is invited to play or watch the games. Admission is free. 12.23.2006 - First championship of Chicago Lithuanian Volleyball League, organized by Mindaugas Jankûnas and "Vytis" sport club, has ended. It showed the rising popularity of this sport among American Lithuanians. Consequently, the decision was made to establish American Lithuanian Volleyball League. Results here.
